About shaye
Shaye joined the independent bar in 2018, having been a practicing lawyer since 2015. Prior to that she was a Judge’s Clerk in the Environment Court at Christchurch.
As an experienced Court lawyer Shaye provides litigation support to Lachlan in Council hearings and in Court, which ranges from co-ordinating with and briefing witnesses, preparing evidence and drafting Court documents, to appearing as co-counsel on contested matters.
